This is me!

I am going to travel to a country I have never been to. People are asking me if I am scared. I tell them the truth. Why should I lie to them?

First of all, I am not travelling on my own. Nine months ago my girlfriend and I decided to undertake, then it seemed, a journey which was located in the far distant future. Now, it isn’t the far distant future anymore. It slowly turns into reality.

The blog tells me “You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks.”, but SURPRISINGLY I am worried about it. It is my first blog, isn’t it?! Actually “ YES “, but on the other side, it’s not. Earlier, I tried to publish my experiences and emotions while travelling via Instagram. People told me that they like my posts and find the stories I write very interesting and inspiring. So why not use both?! Instagram and WordPress.

As a lot of you already know, my girlfriend and I are going to study and improve our Chinese for a whole year at the Sun-Yat-Sen University in Zhuhai, China.

In this Blog I want to tell you about our experiences, emotions and untertakings. I am keen to try my very best to write as much as possible. But it won’t happen on a regular basis though. Sometimes there will be one or two posts per week, sometimes there will be only one post per month. The posts will be available to read in four different languages: English, German, Russian and Chinese. Again, I will try my very best to publish at least one post in all of the four languages every month. Of course, I will translate the Non-English ones, so for the English speaking guys out there, there will always be an English version waiting for you.
